  • In case we’re booked during your requested Start time, this helps us offer a different time - that still works for your event.

  • This is NOT the amount of time you are booking us for.

For your consideration:

  • A one hour party typically allows about 25 or fewer guests to fully enjoy all included activities.

  • If you’re expecting more than 25 participants, and have only requested one hour, we recommend adding more time, or an additional activity to ensure everyone gets a chance to join in.

  • There is no additional charge based on guest count.

  • For larger events, we do recommend adding an additional attendant for $50/hour to help keep everything running smoothly.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Within 24–48 hours you'll receive an invoice for your deposit from:  ChamberlinAnimalRides@app.invoicehome.com

  2. Check your Spam/Junk folder before submitting another reservation request.​​

  3. Please review your invoice carefully before submitting payment. Certain details may have changed based on our availability.

💳 DEPOSIT PAYMENT (REQUIRED) 

  1. Deposits are due within 24 hours - unless other arrangements have been made.

  2. Need additional time to pay? - Please contact us and we will do our best to extend the hold on your reservation. 

  3. Unpaid reservations - may be automatically released.

  4. Once your deposit has been paid - we will send you a Confirmation email. Please let us know if you do not receive one. ​

📬 PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT BY CHECK?

⚠️ FINAL PAYMENT POLICY (IMPORTANT)

  1. Do NOT mail your final balance - neither to our office or to your event manager.

  2. Do NOT pay your final balance online or in advance - any advance final balance payments will be refunded.

  3. Your remaining balance must be paid directly to your Event Manager upon arrival, before any animals or equipment are unloaded.

This policy applies to ALL reservations without exception.
