Important Information to Confirm Your Event​

 

1. Deposit Payment: All deposits must be paid within 24 hours

- Please let us know if you need more time to pay, we can extend the hold. 

- Failure to do so will result in your reservation being automatically released.

2. Availability Notifications:  If your desired time or date is not available, we will promptly inform you via email regarding alternative options.

3. Pricing Notice: Please note that prices are subject to change. 

- Chamberlin Pony Rides LLC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. 

- Should there be any changes affecting your quoted prices, you will be notified and given the opportunity to confirm your reservation.
