*In case we’re booked during your requested start time, this helps us offer a different time that still works for your event.

For your consideration: A one hour party typically allows about 25 or fewer guests to fully enjoy all included activities.

If you’re expecting more than 25 participants, and have only requested one hour, we recommend adding more time, or an additional activity to ensure everyone gets a chance to join in.

There is no additional charge based on guest count. However, for larger events, we do recommend adding an additional attendant for $50/hour to help keep everything running smoothly.

Will there be any adults riding? If yes, an upgrade to a Horse is required to safely accommodate riders up to 175 lbs. ($50/hr)

🚨 PAYMENT POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 🚨

ONLY DEPOSIT PAYMENTS MAY BE MAILED TO OUR OFFICE.

DO NOT MAIL FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS TO OUR OFFICE.

ALL FINAL BALANCES MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE EVENT MANAGER UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE ANY ANIMALS, PONIES, HORSES, OR EQUIPMENT ARE UNLOADED.

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

1. Deposit Payment
• Deposits are due within 24 hours unless other arrangements have been made.
• If you need additional time, please contact us and we will do our best to extend the hold on your reservation.
• Unpaid reservations may be automatically released.

2. Availability
• Submitting a reservation form does not guarantee availability.
• If your requested date, time, or package is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options.

 

3. Pricing
• Prices are subject to change and may be corrected if a pricing error or omission occurs.
• If any changes affect your reservation, you will be notified before confirming your booking.
