Kristin is a hardworking wife, mother of four, volunteer, and community advocate rooted in connection, service, and simple living. As the shepherdess of her family’s busy little farm, she balances raising animals and active kids involved in sports and 4-H while also working full time as the Director of Operations for a Lansing based nonprofit organization focused on affordable housing and community development. Her children and husband play an active role in daily farm life, helping with chores, caring for animals, and participating in community events and educational experiences alongside the farm animals, all while learning kindness, responsibility, compassion, and the value of hard work along the way. Whether at work, on the farm, or in the community, Kristin is passionate about building relationships, helping others, and creating meaningful impact wherever she is planted.
