We understand during this difficult time that you would like to cancel your reservation and reschedule your event at a later date.

 Our cancellation policy is excellent as you will never lose the deposit you have paid as there is no expiration date on the deposit credit you have with us.

IF WE HAVE THE DATE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO RESCHEDULE YOUR PARTY TO,

WE WILL EMAIL A REVISED INVOICE TO YOU WITH YOUR NEW DATE AND TIME ON IT.  

IF WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THAT DATE WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL 

REQUESTING AN ALTERNATE DATE CHOICE.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once we have processed your cancellation request, our reservations office will issue you an email credit coupon, allowing a 100% transfer of your deposit made to any party type on the same or future date. The deposit you paid is fully transferable to any event type.
If you had an original reservation that included both animals and carnival equipment or characters your deposit must go toward the same type of activity.
You must be rescheduled with the manager you were originally scheduled with to apply your deposit credit.
You may NOT reschedule to a weekend party date (Saturday or Sunday) if your original reservation was on a weekday. You would need to make a new reservation and your deposit will not be applied. All Saturdays and Sundays are black out dates for rescheduling, you may reschedule your party any day from Monday through Friday. If you need to reserve a Saturday or Sunday, You would need to make a new reservation and your deposit will not be applied.
All rescheduled events will be subject to current prices and adjusted accordingly upon reschedule.
